For as long as I can remember, cooking has always been my passion! I have always loved experimenting with food and trying new things and that is why I did hospitality studies in high school. Once I finished high school I started my culinary training with Capsicum Culinary Studio where I completed my diploma in hot and cold food preparation and a diploma in patisserie. During this time, I worked at Cathatrinas at Steenberg Estate and then moved on to Coimbra Bakery, where I stayed for more than a year.
At the end of 2018 I got (what I like to call) my big break. I received a job offer to work abroad a luxury cruise liner as a Pastry Chef.
Working with The Avenue House to produce unforgettable functions is surely an honour and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for us!
